Medical candidates must have mark sheets of 10th and 12th. Birth certificate. Valid passport. Student’s visa. You are required to have health and travel insurance. Transfer certificate from the school last attended. Certificate of conduct. Medical fit certificate. A few passport size photos and with white background is mandatory. The medical candidate must present the bank statement of the guardian.
